Our next blood drive is Sunday, July 25 from 8 am to 2 pm, you may sign up through the blood donor app now to get the best appointment. You will find a sign up sheet in the back of church. The blood supplies are low during the summer months because of vacations, so please make an appointment to help people who will need this life giving gift.
Feast of Corpus Christi
Next weekend the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, known in Latin as Corpus Christi.
On Saturday, Ju
ne 5th, immediately following our 5:30 pm Mass, we will commemorate this feast with a brief Adoration of the Eucharist.
Everyone is invited to participate in both the Mass and the Adoration. Please, mark your calendars and join fellow parishioners as we honor our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Invitation to Our Lady of Loretto’s VBS
St. Valentine will not be hosting a Vacation Bible School this summer so Fr. Socorro is inviting kids from both St. Vals and OLL to join together for a spectacular time from June 28th to July 1st. at Our Lady of Loretto. Early registration is important so staff can properly plan this event.
ALSO: Looking for volunteers to help from both parishes. Service hours can be earned for those older
students who need service hours for NHS or NJHS.
